Fitness standards shouldn't be avoided, but encouraged, and can actually be fun. In this episode, Pat outlines a series of standards he thinks serves very well for maximizing General Physical Preparedness. He also talks about why certain bodyweight exercises--like handstand push ups, pull ups, and one arm push ups--are such awesome goals to aspire toward.
