The Pat Flynn Show

Mar 5, 2019

Pat is joined by Matt Nelson, assistant director of the Word on Fire Institute, to talk about the dire need in today's society for religious argument.
Topics discussed:

- Why faith is not opposed to reason (and why, in fact, there is deep concord between the two)
- Overcoming the snare of "scientism"
- How to argue religion, and not just fight about it.
- Why people shouldn't be satisfied with "bland toleration"
- How to better understand your opponent's position
